This week I started back (once again) on weight watchers, so I've been combing Pinterest for some new recipes. One of the recipes I came across was a pin found on foodvee.com
for Berries and Cream. It isn't a weight watcher recipe, but I thought if I could substitute the regular Cool Whip for fat free Cool Whip, maybe it would be low enough in points to become a snack I could look forward to?
I bought all the ingredients and ran them through the "Recipe Builder". For those of you who don't know the recipe builder is a feature of the Weight Watcher's web site where you can input a recipe and it will calculate the point value for that dish. Even though I substituted fat free Cool Whip for the regular Cool Whip, the point value for one serving is 5 points. Bummer! That's a lot of points for a snack. Oh, well . . . my family loved it and although it is higher in points than I was hoping it was AMAZING.
Here is the Pinterest link if you're interested.
